Seniors

It was “Back to Bears” Day at Gore Hill on Saturday with North Shore looking for another strong performance against the form side of the competition the East Coast Eagles. Rocked by several injuries to key players during the week, North Shore were forced to make seven changes to the senior side. These changes proved telling with the East Coast Eagles taking control of the game from the outset and never giving North Shore a chance winning by an impressive 128 points. For North Shore, Brendan Fitzgerald tried hard all day as did Ron Wason and Lachlan Pryor. The loss see’s North Shore sitting one game outside the final five and they will need a strong run home to ensure they play finals football in 2008.
