Round 9

Seniors

Round 9 saw North Shore return to Gore Hill Oval for the second Grand Final replay against the St George Crows. For the second time this season, St George got the better of North Shore to record a 39 point win. The Bombers were in the game all day but couldn’t get the score on the board with some basic skills errors costing the Bombers dearly. Adam Lord was strong for the Bombers and Pat Brackin played his best game for the season. They were well supported by youngsters Will Sierakowski and Teddy Strudwick. The loss keeps North Shore out of the final five and with an uphill battle to make the finals in 2008.
