HAWKESBURY Australian Rules Football Club celebrates its 25th birthday this season.
The Saints, formed in 1979, continue to grow and this year will field an under 16s team for the first time in several seasons.
President Rev Hearne said it would be a big year for the club.
"We're happy to get the 16s back and they'll play in the NorWest Jets' (the club's senior branch) colours," he said.
"They, like all teams, are looking for new players and everyone's welcome. It'd be good to get three to five more under 16 players.
"The under 10s already have more than 25 players and look good.
"The Jets also look like being strong this year, with numbers already up on last year."
The juniors train at Bensons Lane on Thursday nights from 5.30pm, followed by the seniors at 7pm.
