Nor-West Jets new recruit Daniel Costa has taken out the Div3 Best & Fairest "SHIPLEY MEDAL" at the Jets Presentation held at the Windsor RSL on Saturday 31st October. When Costa came to preseason the coaches knew they had an outstanding talent. Costa only played 9 games due to his busy work load in the ARMY. He finished on 97 votes and was 20 votes clear of club captain Aaron Bayne.
3rd was Chris Collins who returned to the club for the first since joining the NAVY. Collins was travelling from Newtown to train and play until being transferred to Victoria where he continued to travel up from for a couple of games in the second half of the season. Collins played only 6 games and finished on 50 votes and also shared the Leading Goalkicker with Ethon Coombs.
2014 Shipley Medallist Owen Butcher finished 4th on 46 votes. Butcher also polled the best of the Jets in the League Best & Fairest. He finished 6th on 11 votes.
