Randwick City have dominated the Division Three grand final winning by 127 points against Penrith at Blacktown today.
A six goal to zero opening quarter set up the win as Randwick ran away with the game and ended up running out victors 21.23 to 3.4.
Before the start of the match, the punters were predicting a close match however, after only 5 minutes it was quite clear that the result was only going one way. Randwick had all the running in the first quarter with both Mitch Rose and Dimitri Garoufalis looking dangerous up forward, the Saints took a 42 point lead into the first break.
The second quarter was a massacre with the Saints kicking goals for fun. Nine goals to zero in the second quarter and Randwick to a 100 point lead into half time.
Penrith needed to do some soul searching in the sheds at half time and came out much more determined in the third winning more of the ball and scoring three goals for the quarter. The Saints responded though kicking three goals of their own and took a 105 point lead into the last quarter.
The last quarter was party time for the Saints kicking a further three goals and finishing victors by 127 points.
Jayden Pendleton was excellent and was well supported by Mitch Rose with 6 goals and Dimitri Garoufalis with 5 goals. For the Rams, Reece Johnson, Jackson Swarbrick and Jayden Stevens tried to lift their team throughout the day
