Players Under 18 years of age, must have a parent complete the process.

Note, if your not registered prior to Rd1, then you won't be able to play, so please ensure to complete this ASAP.

Players requiring transfers, need to complete a transfer form (attached) and submit ASAP to John Goode, as you will need to allow up to 7 days for processing. Following the approval of the transfer, only then will you be able to complete the registration process. If you haven't lodged this a week in advance prior to Rd1, then you risk missing out on Rd1.

Please note:

- - All players are required to abide by the Sydney AFL Code of Conduct (link https://websites.mygameday.app/get_file.cgi?id=1657740)

- - All players are recommended to have private health insurance coverage to cover medical expenses and ambulance fees.
