Wearing his sponsored aerodynamic headband, the Point Cook Assistant Coach Ashley Lynn, injected himself into the game at a safe margin of 4-1 up with barely 20 minutes left and tried incredibly hard to roll back the years to glory years now passed.

Alas, his few shots mostly went left-of, right-of or above the goal by some margin. One forgettable chip to the opposing goalkeeper was almost given as a backpass by the stalwart referee, whom, after Ashley tripped over himself wailing for a penalty, chuckled quietly and finally blew full time.
