Surf side Keeper received a straight red card on 70 mins for a reckless 2 footed lunge on Deakin number 7 who subsequently went off injured.

In my opinion there was no intention to play the ball. The Ball was in the right back position Deakin player had ran through and surf side keeper raced off his line, Deakin player got there first and touched passed surfside keeper who then lunged two footed through the air making contact with the Deakin player knees.

It was the worst attempt at a tackle I have personally witnessed.
