Official Match Report

Upon arriving to officiate the match scheduled for 4:30pm, as per Football Victoria confirmation on Refbook, I was informed by a club representative that the game had commenced at 3:00 pm. the representative stated that Football Victoria had granted permission for the earlier start time. Both team managers requested that I officiate the second half of the match, I agreed to take charge for the second half and have since notified Football Victoria of the adjustment by calling to Ref weekend line.
