(PCSC request review) This game should be shown as a forfeit with pts awarded to PCSC. The allocated FFV ref attended & after inspecting pitch 3 declared that the game should have gone ahead, Truganina was not in attendance & therefore forfeit. Ref & PCSC waited until 15 mins after official kick off time.
