Glen Eira move up to 3rd and only 2 points and goal difference off of 1st place after their most accomplished performance of the season.
Under guidance of new head coach Michael MCCARTHY Glen Eira took early control of the game with a possession based game plan and went into half time deserved leaders 3-0 ahead thanks to 2 goals from James and 1 from Theo.

After half time it was more of the same with CB Chris Papa turning from defensive wall to provider with a beautiful free kick headed home by Theo.

Theo and brother Rudi scored another goal in the second half each with Theo getting his first hat trick of the campaign.

Glen Eira did concede 1 goal due to an awkward bounce in front of the goal keeper to bring the score back to 4-1 but ran out 6-1 winners having controlled the majority of the game.
