How can I raise a complaint against this referee? He was simply so lazy that many serious offences were missed because he was so far away from the play. Confusion & aggression grew all game as players realized that they could get away with anything. As the linesman, I could see intent of 2 players to hurt the player with the ball. Disgraceful & disrespectful performance.
