Approximately Eighth minute of second half, Upfield Coach disputed penalty decision made by referee, entered the field of play and instructed Upfield players to exit the field. Upfield Coach subsequently made the decision to forfeit the match. Malvern Team manager signed Upfield team sheet indicating a forfeit and 3 - 0 win to Malvern at the request of Upfield Coach. 1-1 half time score was edited to 0-0, to allow for 3-0 final (forfeit) score so was edited to 3-0 Malvern win
