Hello Magpies,
as the season approaches I would like to invite all club members to be involved in the way ahead not just for this year but also for the future.
On Thursday 2 March, I would like to give a short presentation about our future direction, club culture and what you can expect from the leadership of the club both on and off the field.
As part of this I plan to elect a Club Captain to represent the interests of all club members so they can raise concerns they have at the club be it in the committee, the coaching group, the leadership group or any other area they think needs attention.
All nominations need to be sent NLT midnight 28 Feb to the Secretary, Pat Ward, by text on 0438 693 825 or email on wardpa@icloud.com . Please take the time to nominate the person think can best represent you at our great club.
Lastly, I would like to remind all club members that all external communications from the club need to be approved or sent with the knowledge of the appropriate member of the committee. This is for the purpose of economy of effort and so the committee can track the business of the club effectively.
I would like to thank everyone for their efforts so far this year and look forward to working with all of you to make a great football club even greater!
