*Penrith club is formed, at very short notice. The club wears the Geelong FC guernsey and adopts the "Rams" nickname.
*A side is fielded in the Sydney District FA Reserve Grade - playing before Hawkesbury's First Grade games and using Hawkesbury's home grounds (firstly Deerubbun Park, Windsor and then Colbee Park, McGrath's Hill).
*The club plays its first game against Manly-Warringah on 11th April, 1981 at Weldon Oval, which it wins. It also wins its second game against Macquarie Uni, again away, but both games are treated as forfeits due to having insufficient registered players.
* Reserve Grade finishes 3rd on ladder and loses Preliminary Final to Bankstown Sports.

* Senior Grade finishes 3rd on the ladder and, after winning the First Semi-Final and Preliminary Final, loses the Grand Final to Moorebank Sports - the club's 7th Grand Final loss.
* Under 18 Grade breaks the record score for that grade - 32.15 (207) vs Southern Power at Henson Park on 28th August in the Second Semi-Final. This is also a club record finals score, beating the previous best of 25.12 (162) by Senior Grade in the 1991 (also in the Second Semi-Final).
* Ben McGovern's 10 goals in the Under 18 Second Semi-Final is the new club finals goalkicking record - surpassing 9 by Michael Campbell in 1989 and David Armstrong in 1994.
* Ben McGovern's 94 goals sets a new Under 18 Grade record, overtaking Glenn Bradley's 70 in 1998. Ben's 99 goals for the season (he kicked 5 in higher grades) is the second most ever kicked by a Ram, behind Tom Hall's 126 in 1982.
* The Rams scoop the pool at the Phelan Medal Awards. Ben McGovern takes the Leading Goalkicker Award for the Under 18 Challenge Cup (74 goals), with Matthew Payne winning the Hart Medal for the B&F in the same grade. Jason Ware wins the Armstrong Medal (Division 4 B&F), whilst Lachlan Smith wins the McFarlane Medal (Division 3 B&F).
2011
* The Sydney AFL brings in a sixth Senior division (Division 5)
* Penrith fields its First Grade side in Division Two and its Reserve Grade side in Division Four
* The Rams' Under 18 Grade side is promoted to the Premier Cup competition
* Senior and Reserve Grades both finish minor premiers, the fifth and sixth occasions respectively that the club has achieved this feat
* Senior Grade wins the club's third Senior premiership (and sixth overall) - Penrith 12.7 (79) d Balmain 6.8 (44), 10th September, Blacktown International Sports Park
* Reserve Grade makes the Grand Final, after winning the Second Semi-Final, but loses to Moorebank Sports - 10.13 (73) to 8.6 (54) - the club's eighth Grand Final loss (four of those losses to Liverpool/Moorebank)
* Under 18 Grade finishes ninth on the Premier Cup ladder, winning four games for the season
* The Rams have another successful Phelan Medal Awards night. Jason Bradley takes the Leading Goalkicker Award for the Division 4 competition (50 goals). Dale Chivas and David Bradley manage the remarkable achievement of sharing the Sanders Medal for Best & Fairest player in the Sydney AFL Division 2 competition.
* Jason Bradley becomes the all-time leading goalkicker for Penrith, taking the mantle from Jason Ware.
2012
* The Sydney Womens' AFL comes under the banner of the Sydney AFL, fielding one division. Penrith enters a side, known as the Ramettes.
* Penrith's Senior Grade side is promoted to Division One and its Reserve Grade side remains in Division Four. The Rams' Under 18 Grade side remains in the U18 Premier Cup competition.
* Division One is the highest grade a Penrith side has competed in in its entire history.
* Senior Grade in Division One is the highest grade of football a Penrith senior side has ever competed in.
* The Rams enters a third senior grade side in Division 5, the first time that the club has fielded a third senior grade side in its own right (previous third grade sides in 2003/2004 were in collaboration with the St Clair club).
* As a result, the club fields five sides for the first time - the previous best being four sides in 2003.
* The Ramettes go winless but manage a draw against Auburn to finish 11th and last on the ladder in a very creditable inaugural season. Under 18 Grade battles in U18 Premier Division to go winless and also finish last in 10th position.
* Third Grade manages five wins to finish in 7th position.
* Senior Grade finishes in fifth position, but loses the Elimination Final to UTS.
* Reserve Grade, after finishing third on the H&A ladder wins the club's first ever Reserve Grade premiership (and seventh premiership overall) - Penrith 9.16 (70) d Gosford 8.6 (54), 15th September, Blacktown International Sports Park. The side played four finals in taking out the flag.
* Natalie Camilleri is selected in the Sydney AFL Womens' Team of the Year.
* Stephanie Kostic wins the Sydney AFL Womens' Rising Star award. Ashlea Rodman also wins a Rising Star nomination.
2013
* Penrith's Senior and Third Grade sides remain in Divisions 1 and 5 respectively. Reserve Grade is promoted to Division 3.
* Under 18s drop a division, to the renamed Sydney AFL Under 18 Division 2 competition.
* The Sydney AFL Women's competition is split into two divisions - with the Ramettes playing in Division 2.
* The Ramettes are the only Penrith side to make the finals, finishing third at the end of the H&A season.
* The Ramettes win the First Semi-Final in extra time against UTS, but lose the Preliminary Final against Southern Power.
* Senior Grade finishes one spot out of finals contention in sixth place.
* Third Grade (5 wins) and Reserve Grade (7 wins) both have competitive seasons to finish 8th and 7th respectively.
* The Under 18s have a disrupted season - due to forfeits, rescheduled matches and clubs being withdrawn from the competition - to finish in bottom place with two wins - the undoubted highlight being a one point win over second placed Holroyd-Parramatta in Round 15.
