Teams Of The First 21 Years

After a tremendous amount of thought and work having gone into their selection, the Rams sides of the club's first 21 years were announced at the club's 21st Birthday celebrations on 21st July, 2001.

Selection criteria were applied to the Age Grade side only, which were:
* The player must have played in a Penrith Age Grade side
* The player must played at least 10 Senior/Reserve Grade games as well
* Players in the 2001 Under 18 side who had played less than 10 senior games would be eligible for selection
* Eligible players named in the senior Team of the First 21 Years would not be re-named in the Age Grade side
