Welcome to the twelfth edition of Ramstats, covering the weird, wonderful and sometimes wacky world of the statistics and history of the Penrith Rams AFC.
This edition covers games played on 28th/29th June:
1. Under 19s (Div 2) v Macarthur Giants - Rd 11
2. Ramettes (Ladies Div 2) v Randwick - Rd 11
3. Third Grade (Div 5) v Holroyd-Parramatta - Rd 12
4. Reserve Grade (Div 3) v Balmain - Rd 12
5. Senior Grade (Div 1) v Balmain - Rd 11
NB (1): Age Grade refers to combined Under 18/19/20 matches.
NB (2): Quarter by quarter and goalkicking records only exist from 1990 onwards.
NB (3): History v Club records can vary markedly in nature due to the fact that, since 2009, many clubs do not play each other on the same level.

3. GAMES/GOALS MILESTONES
* Congratulations to Adam Sharp on playing his 100th game for the Rams. He becomes the 49th player to achieve this feat for the club. Adam started with the Rams in 2009 and is a dual premiership player with the club.
* Ben McGovern kicked his 200th goal for the club in this round - congratulations! He becomes the 3rd player to achieve this feat for the club (behind Jason Bradley and Jason Ware) - at least officially. As goalkicking records don't exist for the period 1981 - 1989, there is little doubt that two other players in particular have reached the 200 goal milestone - Clinton Ware and Michael Walker. There may be more.
SCORING & MARGINS
SCORING
* Senior Grade's score of 4.6 (30) was the 22nd 30 point score in the history of the club (2 by 3.12, 15 by 4.6, 5 by 5.0). The Rams have never won with this score - the closest the club has come to a win being when Senior Grade lost to North Shore at Blacktown ISP No 2 in 2012 by six points. The 30 point score was first recorded in 1983 by Reserve Grade against Liverpool at Sales Park and - most recently before this round - occurred in 2013 by Third Grade against Southern Power at Gwawley Park. Until 2013, the five instances of 5.0 (30) were the highest final score recorded by the club without kicking a behind. In 2012 though, the Under 18s rewrote that record by kicking 8.0 (48) against Pennant Hills at Greygums Oval.
* Reserve Grade's score of 18.9 (117) was just the 5th score of 117 points (1 by 15.27, 1 by 16.21, 2 by 17.15, 1 by 18.9) the Rams have kicked and the 275th score of 100 points or more in the history of the club. And a score the club hasn't kicked for 15 years, almost to the day - it was last kicked by Senior Grade against Hawkesbury at Greygums Oval on 26th June, 1999. The score was first scored by Senior Grade against Wollondilly at Heathcote Oval in 1988. This score has never lost for the club. The lowest win with 117 points (14 points against Liverpool in 1994) is one of only six occasions where the opposition has kicked 100 points or more in a Rams win.
* Third Grade's score of 15.12 (102) was the 9th instance of this score in the history of the club (1 by 13.24, 1 by 14.18, 6 by 15.12, 1 by 16.6). The score has also never lost for the Rams, the smallest win being 34 points by Senior Grade over Nepean/Blacktown at Whalan Reserve in 1990. The score first appeared in the opening round of 1982, by Reserve Grade against St Ives at McGrath's Hill. It most recently occurred before this round when Reserve Grade, then in Div 4, defeated Nor-West Jets at Dukes Oval in 2011.
* The Under 19's kicked the 23rd 38 point score by the Rams (1 by 4.14, 14 by 5.8, 8 by 6.2) and the second this season (after Senior Grade's 5.8 against Balmain at Mahoney Park). It first appeared in 1983, when Senior and Reserve Grade both scoring it on the one day in Round 4 against Hawkesbury at Sales Park - with Reserve Grade winning its match. The only other time that a 38 point score has won for the Rams was in 2002, when the Under 18s defeated Wollongong at Greygums.
(THIS EDITION OF RAMSTATS WAS UNFORTUNATELY NOT COMPLETED).
