General
* Senior Grade played Camden for the first time since 19th July, 2008.
* Reserve Grade's bye was the 98th bye in the Penrith club's history.
Players
* Tim Cummins kicked his fourth five goal bag in 2011. Dale Chivas still leads the way with five, Jason Bradley also has four, while Ben McGovern and Tayt Corless have two each and Ben Robinson has one.
* Congratulations to Josh Anasis on playing his 50th Senior Grade game for Penrith, the 46th player to achieve the feat.
* Also, congratulations to Alex Henry on playing his 50th Club Game for Penrith, the 121st player to do so for the club.
* Congratulations to Jerermy Rix on making his debut for the club in the Under 18s.
Teams
* Senior Grade won for the first time against Camden since 12th April, 2008. This win broke a 2 game losing streak against Camden (a record - as Senior Grade has only lost three games ever against Camden), from 31/05/08 to 19/07/08.
* Senior Grade's winning margin of 89 points, whilst impressive, is nowhere near the record winning margin against Camden. In five consecutive games from 26/4/86 to 02/06/91, the Rams defeated Camden by 211, 367, 232, 244 & 190 points. The 367 point win is a club record across all grades, as is the score Senior Grade kicked that day (62.22-394).
Margins and Scores
* Senior Grade recorded only the club's second 89 point win, and the first in over 20 years. The first and only occurrence came on 26th May, 1991, when Senior Grade defeated Merrylands at Greygums Oval.
* With Senior Grade's score of 15.20 (110), there have now been this season scores of 15.19 (109) (Senior Grade Round 9 vs N-W Jets on 4th June), 15.20 (110) and 15.21 (111) (Reserve Grade Round 3 vs Manly-Warringah on 16th April).
* Somewhat surprisingly, Senior Grade recorded only the clubs third ever score of 110 points. Spread nicely across three different goal tallies - 1*15.20; 1*16.14 and 1*17.8 - all three occasions have resulted in wins (this 89 point win being the largest of the three). The first time the 110 point score occurred was in the club's first season, on 20th June, 1981 by Reserve Grade vs Macquarie Uni at McGrath's Hill. The only other time the score occurred was 30th June, 2001 by Under 18 Grade vs Southern Sharks at Gwawley Park.
* Senior Grade recorded both its second best score (best - 17.21 123 vs St George in Round 4) and second best winning margin (best - 97 points, again vs St George in Round 4) in 2011.
* Under 18 Grade recorded the clubs seventeenth score of 30 points - 2*3.12; 11*4.6 and 4*5.0 - with all occasions resulting in losses (the 25 point loss in this round vs Pennant Hills was the lowest loss with a 30 point score). The first time the 30 point score occurred was on 16th April, 1983 by Reserve Grade vs Liverpool at Sales Park. The most recent time the score occurred was in 3rd May, 2008 by Senior Grade vs Southern Sharks at Gwawley Park - resulting in the highest loss with a 30 point score, 155 points.
