General
* Senior Grade's match against Moorebank Sports was the club's 1300th scheduled match in its history (Senior Grade - 503; Reserve Grade - 486; Third Grade - 34; Under 18/20 Grade - 277).
* Penrith Under 18s played Sydney Uni at the fifth different venue in seven matches - McGrath's Hill, Sydney Uni, Greygums Oval, Alan Davidson Oval and now Cook Park.
* It was not, however, the first time that Penrith had played Sydney Uni at Cook Park. Third Grade played them three times there over the course of the 2003 & 2004 seasons.
Players
* Congratulations to John Keane on playing his 150th game for the club. He becomes the 19th player to do so and the second youngest behind Stuart Ayres.
* Congratulations again to John Keane on playing his 100th Senior Grade game for Penrith. He becomes the 15th player to achieve this feat and (again) the second youngest, this time behind David Cummings.
* Well done to Mark Jackson on notching up 50 Reserve Grade games for the Rams.
* Congratulations to Justin Eckford on making his debut for the club in the Under 18s.
* Ben McGovern kicked his second bag of five or more goals this season. Dale Chivas still leads the way with four, followed by Jason Bradley and Tim Cummins on three, Ben McGovern and Tayt Corless on two and Ben Robinson once.
Teams
* Senior Grade passed 2000 points vs Moorebank Sports - the ninth club they have achieved this against.
* Reserve Grade recorded its highest winning margin vs Moorebank Sports (previously 57 points). It also equalled its record longest winning sequence against Moorebank Sports (2 games - 13/05/06 to 12/08/06 and now 02/04/11 - 25/06/11).
* Moorebank Sports recorded its lowest ever score against Reserve Grade (previously 3.4-22).
* Sydney Uni extended its winning streak (a record) against the Under 18s to four matches (02/05/09 - 25/06/11).
Margins and Scores
* Senior Grade recorded the clubs tenth score of 61 points - 3*8.13; 6*9.7 and 1*10.1 - with this being only the third win with this score. The 39 point victory is easily the biggest winning margin of the three. The first time the 61 point score occurred was on 11th June, 1983 by Reserve Grade vs St Ives at Sales Park. The most recent time the score occurred was 22nd August, 2009 by Senior Grade vs Southern Power at Gwawley Park.
* Senior Grade recorded only the club's third 39 point win. The first two occurrences came in the 1987 season, firstly on 16th May, 1987 at Kellyville Country Club (Senior Grade vs Baulkham Hills) and then on 6th June, 1987 at Greygums Oval (Reserve Grade vs Liverpool). So this is the club's first 39 point win in 24 years.
* Reserve Grade recorded the clubs seventh score of 90 points - 2*12.18 and 5*13.12 - and the club has only lost once with this score. The 73 point victory is easily the biggest winning margin with this score. The first time the 90 point score occurred was on 1st August, 1987 by Senior Grade vs Hawkesbury at Greygums Oval. The most recent time the score occurred was in last year's Senior Grade Preliminary Final on 4th September, 2010 vs UTS at Gipps Road.
* Reserve Grade recorded only the club's third 73 point win. The first came on 3rd May, 1986, when Senior Grade defeated St Ives at Sales Park. The only other occurrence was on 29th June, 2002 at Gwawley Park when Under 18 Grade defeated Southern Sharks by that amount.
* Under 18 Grade recorded the clubs eleventh score of 71 points - 5*10.11 and 6*11.5 - and the club has only won once with this score. That sole win came on the last occasion the club kicked 71 points - on 17th April, 2010 at Harrington Park, when Reserve Grade defeated Camden. The first time the 71 point score occurred was on 21st May, 1983 by Senior Grade vs Uni of NSW at Sales Park.
