In another first for the "new look" Penrith Rams, Penrith City YMCA have joined forces with the club and all registered players can avail themselves of the great facilities at the centre as part of their package. "It's wonderful to be associated with such a respected organisation" Rams Kevin Tate said. "The "Y" will be tailoring specific individual programmes for all our players"
Penrith City YMCA Sales and Marketing Manager, David Vial said the integration process is quite simple.
Players attending for the first time will need to register at the centre from the database supplied by the Rams. "They will be issued membership cards and we will write sport specific programs for them to help achieve their sporting goals. These can be changed throughout the year so that their legs are not getting as fatigued during the season." David commented.
