Penrith Swans reigned supreme when they defeated Emu Plains/Glenmore Park Lions in the inaugural IGA Rams Under 16's Cup at Greygums on Sunday. In a carnival like family atmosphere with the temperature hitting 36 degrees, the Rams also presented jerseys to all their players amidst the activities such as jumping castles, face painting, tattoos, sample giveways and the "Glen Will Do It" bash car.

Penrith Rams would like to thank all junior clubs for their great participation in supporting the day. A big thank you to our young umpires, goal and boundary umpires for a professional display. To our major sponsors IGA Signature, who provided showbags and canteen requirements, Icebreak and their ute and sampling, Goulburn Valley and the Red Cow Inn and all the Players Sponsors your support for the Rams in 2010 is magnificent. A huge thanks to Karen Ponton and family and Paula Murphy and family for running the canteen along with the Back family for organising the face-painting, Rebecca for the Castle and the very popular tattooing, Greg Rogers for ground management. Kirsty Moon from the AFL and all the committee, players family and friends for your help and support on the day.
Good luck to all the junior feeder clubs for 2010.
