The UNSW/ES Bulldogs are pleased to announce that Steven Pollock has been appointed to the role of Premier Division coach in 2017.
A former Sydney Hills Eagles NEAFL player, Pollock joins the Bulldogs after playing with North Adelaide and Tea Tree Gully football clubs in the SANFL and SAAFL competitions for the past three years.
Pollock is set to hit the training paddock with the Bulldogs in early December and is looking forward to taking on the reins as senior coach in what is shaping as an exciting year ahead for the club.
“I am looking forward to working with the playing group and developing their skills and taking the club forward”, says Pollock. “The potential of our young group and their individual development, along with the strong core of senior players, means it’s an exciting time to be involved”
Incoming President, Stephen Dunkley, is enthusiastic about the quality of coaching stock joining UNSW/ES in 2017, and the endeavour shown by the new committee and engaged playing group to take on a new vision for the long-standing club.
