Western Magic v Penrith Ramettes - Women's Division One 1st Semi Final
The third and fourth best teams in the regular season face off in a do or die semi-final this Sunday at Henson Park. The Magic were right in the contest last weekend before the Wollongong Saints kicked clear late to win a second chance in the second week of the finals. The Magic will need to do it the hard way now and will have to take on the inform Ramettes. The Ramettes kept the Manly Warringah Giants goal-less last weekend so the Magic will need to find a way to beat the impenetrable Penrith defence.
Key Players
Western Magic: Courtney Corr, Jaimie Mann, Amanda Lim and Samantha Poole
Penrith Ramettes: Nikki Perrett, Rebekah Boyes, Jessie Burnham and Natalie Camilleri
Prediction: A low scoring match. Expect plenty of fast breaks up the wing. Magic by 15 points.
UTS Shamrocks v Wollongong Saints – Women’s Division One – 2nd Semi Final

The Saints have also been in great form and enjoyed a solid win last weekend after being challenged late by the Magic. Expect this game to be a cracker!
Key Players
UTS Shamrocks: Lara Hilmi, Gillian Behan, Christine Mc Cutcheon and Tully Mcdonough
Wollongong Saints: Jennifer Stanton, Katherine Gow, Shellee Gibson and Kimberly Chan
