Round 5 of the Premier Division kicks off this weekend as we look at a Round of crucial matches across the league.
Manly will be looking to kick start their account for the year when they take on Sydney University at Weldon Oval. The students are fresh off a bye round and are hoping to get another win on the board. Sydney University will be looking for goal kickers after in form forward Matt Vicic went down injured in the UTS clash and remains unavailable.
North Shore hope to get back to their winning ways as they host Western suburbs up at Mortgage Choice Oval. West Suburbs while winless so far this year have been impressive with young big man Ben Zoppo dominating up forward. This week Ben received a Rising Star nomination for his 4 goal haul on ANZAC Day so will be one to watch this weekend.
Pennant Hills will be looking to build on some great form as they do battle with UNSW/ES. Pennant Hills have been in great form of late and will look to add another win to the tally. UNSW/ES will look to cause an upset over the reigning Premiers with young gun Jarod Wachman in fine form down back.
In what potentially could be a match up we see on Grand Final Day St George take on East Coast at Olds Park. Both teams have impressed this year and will be looking to get one up over their rivals. This will be one to watch this week as the Division begins to heat up.
