The Round 14 AFL Sydney Rising Star is Nick Foster from North Shore.
Nick, who has represented NSW for several years and is a current member of the under 18 Ram’s squad, is one of a number of impressive young midfielders at North Shore.
Nick has come through the Mosman/Willoughby juniors, as well as the North Shore under 18’s, and is now making a name for himself as one of the hardest working midfielders in the Premier Division.
Coach Jon Hayres says ‘ Nick’s commitment on and off the field is second to none. His intensity on Saturday against UTS helped keep us in the game and was ultimately one of the key factors in our win. Nick is a terrific team player and has consistently been in our best this year. His willingness to do the one percenters　 gives his team mates a lift and he is great to have in the side, so it’s very pleasing to see him starting to get the recognition he deserves."
