Analysis:

Lachlan could vouch a claim for a higher position in this count if only for his long term shoulder injury which has kept him out for the past couple of months. He was best utilised by coach, Leigh Brain, as a running half-back who of late has increased his ability to play in the midfield. Often getting under the guard of opposition sides such is the depth in the GIANTS line-up in recent years, "Oysters" career highlight would be winning the Rod Podbury Medalist as best afield in Manly-Warringah’s narrow Premier Division Grand Final victory over Pennant Hills last season. Formerly of North Shore, the prodigious ball-user also played 11 games with the Swans Reserves in 2012 and 2013.
