The 2015 AFL Sydney competition structures have been confirmed.
The Men's Premier Division competition will again be made up of 10 teams while next season will see the Women's Division One competition grow to eight teams with the promotion of Division two Grand Finalists Southern Power and Wollongong.
At this stage the team numbers for each competition are as follows:
Men's Division One & Three: Ten
Men's Division Two: Nine (each team has two byes)
Men's Division Four 7 Five: Twelve
Women's Division Two: Nine
Under 19 Division One: Eight
Under 19 Division Two: Nine (each team has two byes)
All Men's competitions, including Under 19's commence on the weekend of 10-12 April (weekend after Easter) with the final round of the home and away season for Premier Division, Division One as well as the two Under 19's competitions being the weekend of 29th / 30th August. Divisions Two, Three and Four play their final home and away matches on the weekend of 22nd / 23rd August while Division Five will commence finals on the 11th / 12th August.
Both Women's competitions will commence on the weekend of 18th / 19th April with the final round of the Women's Division One competition being 29th / 30th August and the Division Two on 15th / 16th August.
Please note that for competitions with up to eight teams, there will be a top four final series while for competitions with nine teams or more there will be a top five final series.
Draft fixtures will be sent to clubs in the next week with the draw finalised by mid January
